Working with IUS is actually very easy. If you haven't worked with automated window shade systems then we can provide you with the basic information so that you can service your client during the design phase. We walk you through it and allow you to lead the discussion or we can work directly with the client — whichever you choose. The earlier you get us involved the better we solution we can provide your client. Our goal is the same as yours, provide the client with the best solution that fits their needs.
Higher Education — Sustainability
Our shading systems can save a minimum of 10% to 20% of the client's HVAC energy costs. If we tie it into a Lutron lighting control system then the savings can jump to 40% to 50%. We work to help our Higher Ed clients meet their Sustainability goals and reduce their carbon footprint. Integrated shading systems and lighting controls can obtain 20 to 25 LEEDS points in 5 categories towards LEEDS certification.
